These terms govern your use of the Luminè Clinic website (lumineclinic.co.uk) and the services we provide. By using our website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.

Luminè Clinic provides physician-led aesthetic medicine services at 36 Great Titchfield Street, Fitzrovia, London W1W 8BQ. All treatments are performed by GMC-registered medical doctors in a CQC-registered clinical environment.

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not guarantee an appointment. All bookings are subject to availability and a medical assessment to confirm suitability. We reserve the right to decline treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it is not appropriate.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.

All prices listed on our website are indicative and may be subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation based on the specific treatment plan recommended by your doctor. A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments.
